The Chinese New Year (新年xīn nián) is also known as the Spring Festival (春节chūn jié), has more than 4,000 years of history. Being one of the traditional Chinese festivals, it is the most important festival in China!

The Laba congee  is regardsed as a nutritious winter food because it contains amino acids, protein, vitamins and other nutrition people need.

Special food for the Kitchen God.
A paper image is burnt dispatching the god’s spirit to Heaven to report on the family’s conduct over the past year.
