PROGRAM

What Your School Trip to Beijing Includes

Every school trip program is custom-built around your curriculum goals, your students’ age and level, and your dates. No fixed template — we design it together with your MFL department or trip coordinator.

🏫 Mandarin Classes

3 hours daily in small groups (max 6). Students placed by proficiency level — beginners and intermediate learners study separately. Our communicative teaching method focuses on real-world practice: students learn vocabulary in class and use it in Beijing the same day. Personalized study report with learning outcomes for each student.

🎭 Cultural Activities

Calligraphy, cooking, kung fu, tai chi, paper cutting, Peking opera masks. Every activity connects to the morning lesson — if students learn food vocabulary in class, they practice it at the cooking workshop. Cultural exchange happens naturally: your group works alongside students from 40+ countries.

🏛️ Beijing Excursions

Great Wall, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace. Plus hutong rickshaw tours, 798 Art District, and tech parks. All guided excursions by private vehicle with dedicated driver — no public transport for student groups.

STUDENT PERSPECTIVE

What Students Actually Remember

The itinerary is what your school board sees. Here’s what stays with your students:

🍜

The food

Peking duck, hand-pulled noodles, hotpot, street food they never imagined. Pizza and burgers in Sanlitun for less adventurous eaters.

🛍️

The shopping

“Unbelievable prices” — Silk Market, Wangfujing, and local malls are a highlight for every group.

🌏

The people

Students from 40+ countries. Your group won’t be isolated — they’ll eat, explore, and make friends from Korea, Japan, France, and more.

🗣️

The language moments

First time ordering food in Chinese. First successful bargain. First local laugh. Real-world practice that builds confidence — by day 3 or 4.

📱

Staying connected

Full internet at school. Hotel needs VPN for Google/Instagram — we send setup guide before departure. WhatsApp works without VPN.

For younger students (7–12): we adapt activities to their age — think treasure hunts through hutongs, simplified cooking challenges, and buddy systems with our staff for extra support and safeguarding.
